Once you have selected and purchased a service from our design menu, we will e-mail you a password that will give you access to our members area.
There you will find the following:
Questionnaire submittal form ( where we define your needs, likes and dislikes )
Instructions on how to measure your room ( No Sketching needed )
Instructions on how to measure any furniture you would like to use in the room we are designing for you (No Sketching Needed)
Dimensions and existing furniture submittal form
Tools for upload your photos
There is no need to mail or fax anything, everything is send via interactive submittal forms thru our members area.
Once we receive your information, we will e-mail you that we are ready to begin designing your room.
If we have any concerns or questions we will e-mail you.
As soon as the room is designed within 2 weeks we will send you shipping information.
2. How can Interiorforyou be so affordable?
We asked you to do some of the work that conventional design consultation entails. We ask you for information we need to design your room,
you take all the measurements for the room and existing furniture and you provide us with photos of your room. There is no on-site interior
design visit and you do your own measuring and photography, these is a big part of what a designer does.
We are experience designers who conduct space planning, product re sourcing, and room layout everyday so it comes naturally.

4. What do I get when I purchase the paint palette and or paint techniques?
Once you have purchase any of our paint palette and paint techniques we ask you to fill out the submittal form located in our members
area page . Upon receipt of your selection we will provide you with paint chip, and paint manufacturer name, along with important painting tips.
For paint techniques you will receive detail illustrative instructions, material, and tools list to achieve the look in any wall or furniture.
If you would like us to pick out colors for you, we ask that you fill out submittal form and e-mail photos of the rooms you are looking to paint.
5. How will I know how much my furniture and accessories will cost for the room?
One of the questions in the questionnaire will be your budget for the room. We take your budget in consideration when designing your room and
make every effort to stay at your budget level.
All products recommendations can be purchased online from well established online retailers and you could buy at your convenience.
6. What if I don't like the recomendations the designer has suggested?
We will ask you to e-mail us which item you do not like and we will look for a better fit. All changes must be done in writing and we ask that
you give us details of your concerns, likes, and dislikes before we look for a substitute.
7. Why do I have to measure and photograph my room?
When we design your space plan, we consider the volume of your room and every detail in the room such as windows, door, furniture placement,
proportion, and scale. All this factors are important in planning the design for your room.
8. Do I need to sketch the dimension of my room?
We have created a way for you to follow easy to follow instructions and send the measurement thru our submittal form on our members area.
Should you prefer to mail or fax your room drawing, you could do so. Look at our contact us page and you will find our fax number and mailing address.
Make sure you include your name and order number when you mail or fax anything to us.
9. Do different types of rooms cost different prices?
Only rooms that exceed 500 square feet are charged $2.50 per additional square foot.
We will e-mail a separate invoice once we get your room dimensions and only if it exceeds 500 square feet.
10. Can Room Interior Design Online design every room in my house?
We design any room in your house. For kitchen, bathrooms and laundry rooms. We require that you choose all appliances and cabinets yourself and provide us with dimension and specific on all those items before we can start designing.
11. Do I have to pay for shipping or sales tax on my order?
Shipping within the Continental United State is free. There is a $20 shipping fee for items ship outside of the United States.
12. How long does it take to receive my room design?
Once we receive your questionnaire, photos and measurements, we'll send you a notice of receipt via e-mail. From there, its just 14 days until we send out your design package. We will e-mail with the date we have mail out your package.
13. What if I want a customized service?
Please visit our Design Menu and browse thru our available services, should you need personalized design services and would like one of our
designer to personally meet you and see your home, we do offer Designed Around You upon your request.
